No customer service reply

I did not get a returns label with my order, I used the customer service email address, I used the website option of requesting a returns label, and I used the website option of messaging customer service and gave my phone number and no reply or label emailed to me. No way of contacting customer service by phone so my next option will be to message the seller through Paypal. So one star rating due to the difficulty of trying to initiate a return.

This must be my 3rd pair of Northwest Territory boots.
They are always comfortable from the word go. Never had to 'wear in' and never had blisters. I recommend these on multiple levels. Good value, waterproof and very comfortable.

Womens waterproof leather walking boots

Love these boots . Comfortable + took no wearing in! Perfect for size . I ordered my normal size + they are generous enought to fit thick / 2 pairs of socks on. Waterproof so far . Look smart in the black and laces are nice + long so you can tie your bow in a knot. Safer for me so they dont come undone on the walk.
